Original 1980 Star Wars Empire Strikes Back Ralph McQuarrie Concept Art Print which we have recently had professionally framed #15. The frame is 64cm x 38.5cm and the picture is 40cm x 22 cm.

This atmospheric painting depicts Luke Skywalker arriving at Yoda’s unusual home deep within the swamps of Dagobah. Luke, dressed in his orange flight suit, stands with Yoda outside the organically shaped dwelling, surrounded by towering twisted trees and dense vegetation.

The image is a wonderful example of McQuarrie’s ability to establish mood and environment through concept art. His designs for Dagobah helped shape the ancient, isolated and otherworldly setting in which Luke begins his training with the Jedi Master.
