Returning to Mega-City One, Nate struggles to adjust to civilian life and is drawn into a dark and violent conflict that ultimately brings him into contact with Judge Dredd.

Written by John Wagner, the volume includes Mandroid and Mandroid: Instrument of War, with artwork by Kevin Walker, Simon Coleby and Carl Critchlow. It also includes the Judge Dredd stories Escape from Atlantis and Bad Mother.
